Terms of service
Key terms for UTS customers and network providers.
1. UTS as the single accountable party
UTS coordinates services delivered by its own staff and by verified independent network providers. Customers contract with and pay UTS. UTS pays network providers.
2. No direct payments
Customers must not pay technicians, drivers or vendors directly. Network providers must not request or accept payment, tips in lieu of payment, or alternative contracts from UTS customers, and must not change quoted prices on site.
3. Quotes and authorisation
Service scope, estimated charges, currency, taxes and payment terms are confirmed with the customer before dispatch or procurement. Work beyond the authorised scope requires further approval.
4. Service availability
Availability depends on location, asset, technical requirement and verified network capacity. Estimated arrival times are estimates. "Coming soon" markets are planned, not currently served.
5. Network providers
Providers are engaged only after verification and remain subject to approval and actual demand. Providers must keep documents current, follow UTS service and safety standards, and submit job cards with evidence. Payout details can only be changed through UTS Finance.
6. Marketplace
Listings are published after UTS review. "UTS verified" means the checks described on the listing were completed on the stated date; buyers should still review all information. All viewings and settlement are coordinated through UTS.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, UTS liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.
