Risk communication
Findings are classified green, amber or red, supported by notes and photographs. The report helps the driver or fleet manager distinguish satisfactory items, defects requiring planned attention and conditions requiring urgent action.
Satisfactory - continue operating and monitor at the next scheduled check.
Defect requiring planned attention - schedule repair before it becomes a failure.
Condition requiring urgent action - do not continue until made safe.
